Booking Policy:


Booking Process:

Customers can book services through the website or by contacting our customer success team. Select the desired service and provide necessary details such as the name of the service, address, date, and time. Confirm the booking by making the required payment through the third party portal.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

1. Cancellation Timeframes:

   – Same-Day Services: If you need to cancel or reschedule a same-day service, please do so at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

   – Advance Booking Services: For services booked in advance, we require a minimum notice of 24 hours for cancellations or rescheduling.

2. Cancellation Fees:

   – Same-Day Cancellations: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied for cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

   – Advance Booking Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the service cost.

3. How to Cancel or Reschedule:

   – To cancel or reschedule a service, please contact our customer service team via mail or phone.

4. Exceptions:

   – Pinch reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature of the cancellation and the customer’s history with our services.

Service Availability:

Services are subject to availability based on the location and service type. Customers are advised to book in advance to secure their preferred time slot.

Payment:

Payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, digital wallets, or other specified payment options.

Refunds:

  1. Any refund request must comply with the terms and conditions outlined in our booking & cancellation policies.
  2. Refund amount will be calculated based on the total amount excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST). Please note that GST is non-refundable.
  3. Refunds will be issued solely through the original mode of transaction.
  4. Refunds can only be issued to the individual or company that made the initial deposit payment.
  5. Refunds to domestic bank accounts will typically be processed within 5-7 working days. Please note that the actual refund arrival time may vary based on banking procedures and other relevant factors.
  6. Refunds to international bank accounts will typically be processed within 10-14 working days. Please note that the actual refund arrival time may vary based on banking procedures and other relevant factors.

 

Safety and Security:

Our service providers undergo background checks and training to ensure customer safety. Customers are encouraged to provide feedback on service quality and provider conduct.


Communication:

Customers will receive confirmation of their booking via WhatsApp. Any updates or changes to the booking will be communicated promptly.
