Yes, we carefully screen and vet all our cooks. Each cook undergoes a thorough background check and skill assessment to ensure they meet our high standards of excellence and professionalism. They also undergo extensive training in our cloud kitchens before being assigned for service.
Our cooks are trained to make a variety of cuisines ranging from North and South Indian fares, to Chinese, Italian, and continental.
Ingredients and utensils need to be provided by you. Our cooks will only cook and store the food, and also clean the area of work in the kitchen.
Our trained cook can prepare a meal for a family of 5-6 members.
Indeed, you are welcome to request a specific cook if you are satisfied with their previous work. However, the confirmation of such a request is subject to the availability and existing bookings of the requested cook.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your on-demand cook appointment, you can do so up to 60 minutes before the scheduled service booking without incurring any charges.
