We source the freshest, highest quality flowers, minimising their time on the shelf and storing them in optimal, temperature-controlled environments. This ensures that your flowers remain fresh and vibrant, bringing a smile to your face each time.
We typically call to confirm before making our daily deliveries. You can specify a delivery time in advance, or opt to have your flowers delivered to a security guard or neighbour. If delivery is unsuccessful despite confirmation, we will make another attempt at a time convenient for you. Missed deliveries incur a charge of Rs.150 per delivery.

Yes, you can easily pause your flower subscription for up to 4 weeks and restart it at any time within that period. Simply reach out to our support team at +91 9643323030 to request a pause, making sure to do so at least 2 days before your scheduled delivery.
If you fail to restart your subscription within the designated time frame, any outstanding amount will be securely stored with us. You can then use this balance towards any of our other services whenever you want.
In our commitment to sustainability, we reuse subscription boxes whenever possible. Simply leave your old box outside your main door on delivery day for easy pickup by our agents.
To cancel your order, all you need to do is contact our support team at +91 9643323030 or send us an email at gulmohar@thepinchlife.com to request a cancellation. Please ensure you do so at least 2 days prior to your scheduled delivery.
Once your cancellation request is received, refunds for any remaining deliveries will be processed promptly. You can expect your refund to be issued within 10 business days from the date of your cancellation request.
