Warranty & Disclaimer of Warranty
(a) Scope of Warranty: If any of the products (“”Products””) named below has a manufacturing defect, “”Pinch”” shall, at its option, repair or replace such Product(s) at its expense during the stipulated warranty periods from the date of delivery/installation. This warranty certificate applies to the following products:
* Cabinets manufactured of laminated 16-19mm BWP and plywood – 5 years
* Up to 5 years for cabinets manufactured of laminated 16-19mm BWR/MR/Com Ply
* All finishes and materials shutters – 5 years
* Accessories, hardware, and appearances are warranted by the manufacturer
The team will be sharing a day-wise schedule with you to accurately describe the timelines of the execution once the designs and materials are finalised. We, however, understand that there can be unforeseen delays. To compensate for any delays within the control of our team, if handovers are put off for more than 15 days after the scheduled move-in date, you will be offered a discount of 0.03% (Per Day) of the project’s total value in Indian rupees.
Cancellation and return terms are as follows:
a) The 5% advance booking fee paid by the client is refundable within 24 hours of payment, before the designer meeting. If the designer meeting has taken place, the amount shall not be refunded.
b) All subsequent instalment payments made after discussions with the Project Manager are non-refundable.
For the first 12 months from delivery and installation, 2 free services are provided to the customers to address routine maintenance issues with respect to moving parts (hinges, channels etc.), such as alignment, the parts becoming loose, etc.
To avail the free service, customers should schedule a visit by contacting Pinch customer support number +91 97934 88805 or raise your request through www.pinchlife.com. If the free service is not availed within the aforesaid period of 12 months, Pinch’s obligation to provide such free service shall lapse.
After the period of 12 months, in case of any maintenance requirement, customers can seek paid maintenance services, by contacting PINCH customer care and scheduling a service visit. Such a visit shall be chargeable at Pinch’s then prevailing service visit rates.
Any repairs or replacements advised during a service visit (whether free or paid for), or any maintenance that may be sought by the customer, which is not covered under the warranty terms, shall be done at additional charges. Pinch will provide the customer an estimate of such additional charges after inspection and assessment during the service visit.
