To further safeguard your valuables, we recommend storing them in a secure place or notifying us about any specific instructions regarding their handling. The duration of the housekeeping service is subject to the size of the house and the specific scope of work involved. As such, the time required may vary. Rest assured, our team will work diligently to ensure the service is completed in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Our housekeepers come equipped with the most commonly used cleaning chemicals to efficiently handle various cleaning tasks. However, for certain specialised cleaning requirements or unique surfaces specific to the customer’s home, they may require additional chemicals and equipment. In such cases, we kindly request the customer to provide the necessary cleaning agents and tools to ensure optimal results and personalised care during the cleaning process.
We offer a convenient online payment method for on-demand housekeeping services, allowing customers to make payments at the end of the service, based on the time taken to complete the work. Rest assured, there are no additional fees involved. The charges are as follows:
Charges for the first 4 hours: Rs. 249/hr
Charges beyond 4 hours: Rs. 199/hr
Certainly, you have the option to schedule recurring visits with our on-demand housekeeping services. Our team will diligently note the preferred days for the service to be executed. By making an advance payment for recurring visits, you are eligible for a 5% discount on the total amount.
Absolutely, you can customise the housekeeping service to cater to your specific cleaning needs at any point in time. However, it is important to be aware that customizations may result in an increase in the actual time taken to complete the service.
Indeed, you are welcome to request a specific housekeeper if you are satisfied with their previous work. However, the confirmation of such a request is subject to the availability and existing bookings of the requested housekeeper.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your on-demand housekeeping appointment, you can do so up to 60 minutes before the scheduled service booking without incurring any charges.
