For every walk, we come prepared with necessary supplies including water, waste bags, poop scoopers, wet wipes, and even treats. These provisions are in place to guarantee a delightful and hassle-free walking experience.
Our real-time tracking feature provides you with peace of mind by keeping you informed about your pet’s location throughout their walk. This feature ensures you are always aware of where your pet is during their time with us.
While our primary emphasis is on providing enjoyable walks, our walkers do play a role in reinforcing positive behaviour, which contributes to the overall development of your pet.
Certainly, all of our walkers are trained in basic pet first aid, ensuring their ability to handle any unforeseen situations that may arise during walks.
Indeed, you are welcome to request a specific walker if you are satisfied with their previous work. However, the confirmation of such a request is subject to the availability and existing bookings of the requested walker.
Of course! We highly encourage you to provide us with any specific instructions or preferences you have for your pet. This helps us create a personalised experience that caters to your pet’s individual needs.
If you wish to reschedule or cancel your on-demand dog walker appointment, you can do so up to 60 minutes before the scheduled service booking without incurring any charges.
We offer the flexibility for you to select between one, two, or three daily walks. The duration of each walk can vary from under 30 minutes to 60 minutes, ensuring that we match the walk length to your pet’s energy level and exercise requirements.
